Scope of photoduplication service

The NDL provides photoduplication services in accordance with the "Copyright Law", "The National Diet Library Law" and "The National Diet Library Rules Concerning the Use of Library Materials" so as not to infringe the rights of the copyright holders. Please be aware that you must obtain permission from the copyright holders before using a reproduction of material from the collections of the NDL for reprint, reimpression, publication, exhibition, TV broadcasting or website posting. In general, permission from the NDL is not required.
