This is a scene of Nagasakiya, located at Nihonbashi Hongokucho 3-chome, the designated place of lodging in Edo for Dutchmen. People have gathered outside the windows to peer in. The Dutch were not allowed to freely leave their lodgings during their stay in Edo.
