This work contains detailed drawings and explanations of 17 species of plants and the names of the plants and illustrations match those of R. Dodoens' Cruydt-Boeck, and so it is thought to be a translation of the same, but the translator and year of translation are unknown. It bears the seal of ownership of the Nagasaki Magistrate Togawa Harima no Kami. Togawa Harima no Kami is thought to be Togawa Yasuzumi who served as the Nagasaki Magistrate from 1836 to 1842.
