As of March 31, 2024, Mr. YOSHINAGA Motonobu ended his service as Director General of the National Diet Library, with Ms. KURATA Keiko newly appointed as Director General of the National Diet Library as of April 1, 2024.
Ms. Kurata worked as a Professor of Keio University from 2001 to 2024 as well as Dean of the Faculty of Letters at Keio University from 2021 to 2023, and is an Emeritus Professor of Keio University.
