Japanese-language newspaper special edition announcing the passing of the "two percent limit clause"

Although no Japanese-language newspaper at the time was published daily, the publication of a special edition indicates how greatly the Japanese community in Brazil was shocked. In the newspaper for the 26^th a correction appeared which said "since accoding to information from the journalist, in the special edition for the 24^th, the deletion of a single subarticle was found wrong, we will correct it".
