The "Association for the Patronage of the São Paulo Japanese Hospital Construction", was formed in 1935 at the urging of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Former Prime Minister and chair of the Nippaku Kyokai (Japan Brazil Society), Makoto Saito was appointed chair of the association. The plan to build the Japanese Hospital attached to this prospectus is a version effective in March 1935, and it was revised thereafter.
